# Plans and usage limits

> What's included in each plan and how usage is counted.

StoreTalk offers three plans: **Starter** (free), **Growth**, and **Pro**. Each plan includes a different number of AI staff members and monthly conversation volume.

## AI Staff add-ons

You can add individual AI staff members at **₹499/month each** as add-ons to any paid plan.

  Start on Starter and upgrade when you hit the conversation limit. Most growing businesses move to Growth within the first 3 months.

## How usage is counted

  AI staff conversations count toward your monthly usage limit. Check your current usage in **Settings → Billing**.

A "conversation" is counted each time a customer starts a new WhatsApp thread with your AI staff. Follow-up messages within the same 24-hour window do not count as a new conversation.

## Checking your usage

Go to **Settings → Billing** to see:

* Current plan and renewal date
* Conversations used this month vs. your limit
* Add-on AI staff members
* Invoice history

## Upgrading your plan

Click **Upgrade** in **Settings → Billing**. The new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month.
