# Inviting your team

> Add team members to your StoreTalk account in a few taps.

You can invite anyone to your StoreTalk account. They will receive a WhatsApp message with a link to set up their account. No technical knowledge required on their end.

## How to send an invite

  <Step title="Go to Settings">Click **Settings** in the left menu.</Step>
  <Step title="Open the Team tab">Click the **Team** tab.</Step>
  <Step title="Invite Member">Click the **Invite Member** button.</Step>
  <Step title="Enter their details">Enter their name and WhatsApp phone number, then choose their role (Admin, Manager, or Agent).</Step>
  <Step title="Send">Click **Send Invite** — they will receive a WhatsApp message immediately.</Step>

<Tip>
  You do not need their email address when inviting. They will enter and verify their email themselves when they accept the invite.
</Tip>

## Pending invites

After sending, the invite appears in the **Pending Invites** list. From there you can:

* **Resend** the invite if they didn't receive it
* **Revoke** it if you sent it by mistake

  Invites expire after 7 days. If a member has not accepted within 7 days, revoke and resend the invite.
