Access levels
You are typically added to the client’s StoreTalk account as an Admin. Admin access covers everything you need for setup and configuration — except billing and WhatsApp number settings, which require Owner access.For WABA setup and phone number provisioning, you need temporary Owner-level access or to complete those steps alongside the store owner directly.
