What consultants do

A StoreTalk Consultant typically:
  • Sets up the initial account — WABA connection, templates, WhatsApp number configuration
  • Configures AI staff — knowledge base creation, persona tuning, dos & don’ts
  • Trains the business team — walks the store owner and staff through the platform
  • Provides ongoing support — monitors performance and fine-tunes AI responses

Consultant vs store owner access

As a consultant, you will typically be added to the client’s StoreTalk account as an Admin. This gives you access to everything except billing and WhatsApp number settings (which require Owner access). For WABA setup and phone provisioning, you will need temporary Owner-level access or to work alongside the store owner directly.
