As a StoreTalk Consultant, you set up and configure the platform on behalf of business clients — so they can start automating WhatsApp without needing to handle the technical work themselves.

What you do

Account setup

Connect the client’s WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), configure templates, and register their phone number.

AI staff configuration

Build the knowledge base, tune the AI persona, and set Dos & Don’ts so the AI responds accurately.

Team training

Walk the store owner and their staff through the Inbox — how to reply, take over from AI, and monitor conversations.

Ongoing support

Review AI performance after handover, refine the knowledge base, and fine-tune escalation rules.

Access levels

You are typically added to the client’s StoreTalk account as an Admin. Admin access covers everything you need for setup and configuration — except billing and WhatsApp number settings, which require Owner access.
For WABA setup and phone number provisioning, you need temporary Owner-level access or to complete those steps alongside the store owner directly.
