The Pipeline is a visual board where you can see where every lead is in your sales process. Think of it like sticky notes on a whiteboard — each customer is a card, and you move them along as the deal progresses.

Create your first pipeline
Click New Pipeline and give it a name (e.g. “Main Sales Pipeline”).
Add your stages
These are the steps in your sales process — for example: New Lead → Contacted → Demo → Proposal → Won.
Save
Your empty board is ready.
Adding a lead
Add a card
Click the + button under any stage column.
Find the contact
Search for the contact by name or phone number.
Choose their stage
Select which stage they are currently in.
Add notes
Write any context (e.g. “Interested in 50 units, needs invoice”).
Save
The contact now appears as a card on your board.
Moving a lead forward
When a lead progresses, drag their card to the next column. The system records how many days they spent in each stage.
The “days in stage” badge tells you if a lead has gone cold. If someone has been in “Contacted” for 7+ days without moving forward, it’s time to follow up.
The Starter plan supports 1 pipeline. Upgrade to Growth or Pro to create multiple pipelines for different products or teams.
