Every team member — including the Owner — can update their own display name and password from Settings → Profile. Your email address is set when you join and cannot be changed.

Changing your display name

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left menu.

Open the Profile tab

Click the Profile tab (the first tab).

Edit your name

Update the Display Name field.

Save

Click Save — the change takes effect immediately.

Changing your password

Go to Settings → Profile

Click Settings, then the Profile tab.

Find the password section

Scroll to the Change Password section.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password to confirm it’s you.

Enter your new password

Minimum 8 characters. Confirm it in the next field.

Update

Click Update Password.
Forgotten your current password? Sign out and use the Forgot password link on the login page instead.
Your email address cannot be changed — it is used to verify your identity and is tied to your invite. Contact the store Owner if you need to switch to a different email.
