What you can do with contacts

  • Search by name or phone number
  • Add tags like “VIP”, “Wholesale”, or “Mumbai”
  • Write private notes only your team can see
  • Mark a contact as opted out (they stop receiving campaigns)
  • Import a list from Excel or CSV
  • Add a contact manually for a customer who hasn’t messaged yet
Use tags to organise your customers. Tag “Wholesale” customers and you can send them bulk pricing updates as a targeted campaign later.
