Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left menu.

Open the Team tab

Click the Team tab.

Click Invite Member

Click the Invite Member button.

Enter their details

Enter their name and WhatsApp phone number, then choose their role: Admin, Manager, or Agent.

Send the invite

Click Send Invite. They receive a WhatsApp message immediately with a link to set up their account.
You do not need their email address. They will enter and verify their own email when they accept the invite.

Pending invites

After sending, the invite appears in the Pending Invites list. From there you can:
  • Resend the invite if they did not receive it
  • Revoke it if you sent it by mistake
Invites expire after 7 days. If a member has not accepted in time, revoke the invite and send a new one.
