You can invite anyone to your StoreTalk account. They will receive a WhatsApp message with a link to set up their account. No technical knowledge required on their end.

How to send an invite

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left menu.

Open the Team tab

Click the Team tab.

Invite Member

Click the Invite Member button.

Enter their details

Enter their name and WhatsApp phone number, then choose their role (Admin, Manager, or Agent).

Send

Click Send Invite — they will receive a WhatsApp message immediately.
You do not need their email address when inviting. They will enter and verify their email themselves when they accept the invite.

Pending invites

After sending, the invite appears in the Pending Invites list. From there you can:
  • Resend the invite if they didn’t receive it
  • Revoke it if you sent it by mistake
Invites expire after 7 days. If a member has not accepted within 7 days, revoke and resend the invite.
