Every team member has a role that controls which parts of StoreTalk they can access. There are four roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Agent.

Owner

The business owner — one per account. Full access to everything, including billing, WhatsApp settings, and team management.

Admin

A trusted manager or operations lead. Full access except billing and WhatsApp number settings.

Manager

A team lead who handles customers and pipeline. Access to Inbox, Contacts, Segments, and Pipeline — no templates or campaigns.

Agent

A customer support or sales executive. Access to Inbox, Dashboard, and Help only.

Start new hires as Agent and promote them to Manager or Admin as they get familiar with the platform.
Only the Owner can change WhatsApp settings, manage billing, or invite Admins. There can only be one Owner per account.
