Team roles explained - StoreTalk Help

Every team member has a role that controls which parts of StoreTalk they can access. There are four roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Agent.

Role overview

Role	Who it is for	What they can access
Owner	The business owner — one per account	Everything, including billing, WhatsApp settings, and team management
Admin	A trusted manager or operations lead	Everything except billing and WhatsApp number settings
Manager	A team lead who handles customers and pipeline	Inbox, Contacts, Segments, and Pipeline — no templates or campaigns
Agent	A customer support or sales executive	Inbox, Dashboard, and Help only

Start new hires as Agent and promote them to Manager or Admin as they get familiar with the platform.

Only the Owner can change WhatsApp settings, manage billing, or invite Admins. There can only be one Owner per account.
