Every team member has a role that controls which parts of StoreTalk they can access. There are four roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Agent.

| Admin | A trusted manager or operations lead | Everything except billing and WhatsApp number settings |
| Manager | A team lead who handles customers and pipeline | Inbox, Contacts, Segments, and Pipeline — no templates or campaigns |
| Agent | A customer support or sales executive | Inbox, Dashboard, and Help only |
Start new hires as Agent and promote them to Manager or Admin as they get familiar with the platform.
Only the Owner can change WhatsApp settings, manage billing, or invite Admins. There can only be one Owner per account.
