When you invite someone, StoreTalk sends them a WhatsApp message with a link. Here is what they need to do.

Open the WhatsApp message

They receive a message from StoreTalk with a Join your team link.

Tap the link

The link opens StoreTalk in their browser.

Fill in their details

They enter their full name, email address, and choose a password.

Verify their email

StoreTalk sends a 6-digit code to their email address. They enter the code to verify.

Done

Their account is created and they are logged in immediately.
The verification code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, they can tap Resend code to get a new one.

Already have a StoreTalk account?

If the person you invited already has a StoreTalk account with the same email address, they can sign in with their existing account and accept the invite — no new account needed.
The invite link is single-use and tied to the phone number you sent it to. It cannot be forwarded to a different person.
