Already have a customer list in Excel or Google Sheets? You can import it into StoreTalk in minutes — no technical knowledge needed.
Prepare your spreadsheet
Your file needs at minimum a Phone column. All other columns are optional but recommended.

Phone numbers can be in any format — with or without +91, with or without spaces. StoreTalk normalises them automatically.
How to import
Go to Contacts
Click Contacts in the left menu.
Click Import
Click the Import button in the top-right corner.
Upload your file
Select and upload your .csv or .xlsx file.
Map your columns
Match each column in your spreadsheet to a contact field — for example, column A → Phone.
Confirm the import
Click Import. StoreTalk imports all rows and skips duplicates automatically.
If a phone number already exists as a contact, the import updates their name and tags — it does not create a duplicate entry.
After the import
Your imported contacts appear immediately in the Contacts list. From there you can add them to Segments and target them with Campaigns.
