Go to AI Agents

Click AI Agents in the left sidebar menu.

Browse the library

Click Browse AI Staff Library to see all available roles.

Choose a role

Pick a role that matches your business need. If you’re not sure where to start, choose Sales Executive — it’s the most popular first hire.

Complete the setup wizard

The wizard walks you through five screens:
  1. Knowledge base — connect the content your staff member will answer from
  2. Name & language — give your staff member a name and set the reply language
  3. Dos & don’ts — set hard rules for what the AI should and should never do
  4. Model — choose the AI model powering this staff member
  5. Agreement — review and confirm

Add to your team

Click Add to My Team. Your new staff member goes live immediately on your WhatsApp number.
Start with the Sales Executive. It handles product enquiries and lead qualification automatically, and gives you the fastest return on setup time.

Support Executive

Handles policy questions, return requests, and order issues using your support knowledge base.

Sends proactive updates on pending or shipped orders to keep customers informed.

Appointment Setter

Books slots and confirms schedules so you don’t have to manage bookings manually.
