What’s included in each plan and how usage is counted.
StoreTalk offers three plans: Starter (free), Growth, and Pro. Each plan includes a different number of AI staff members and monthly conversation volume.
AI staff conversations count toward your monthly usage limit. Check your current usage in Settings → Billing.
A “conversation” is counted each time a customer starts a new WhatsApp thread with your AI staff. Follow-up messages within the same 24-hour window do not count as a new conversation.
Click Upgrade in Settings → Billing. The new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month.
