AI staff add-ons

On any paid plan, you can add individual AI staff members at ₹499/month each.
Start on Starter and upgrade when you hit the conversation limit. Most growing businesses move to Growth within the first 3 months.

How conversations are counted

A “conversation” is counted each time a customer starts a new WhatsApp thread with your AI staff. Follow-up messages within the same 24-hour window do not count as a new conversation.
AI staff conversations count toward your monthly usage limit. Keep an eye on your usage in Settings → Billing so you are not caught off guard.

Check your usage

Go to Settings → Billing to see:
  • Your current plan and renewal date
  • Conversations used this month vs. your limit
  • Any add-on AI staff members
  • Your invoice history

Upgrade your plan

Go to Settings → Billing

Click Settings in the left menu, then the Billing tab.

Click Upgrade

Click the Upgrade button and choose your new plan.

Done

Your new plan takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month.
Contact StoreTalk support to discuss downgrading. Note that downgrading may reduce your team size limit, conversation quota, and feature access.
Check Settings → Billing to monitor your usage. If you are close to the limit, upgrade your plan to get a higher conversation quota.
Add-ons are available on paid plans (Growth and Pro) only.
