The StoreTalk Restaurant Ordering App turns one menu into three ways to order — a guest scans a QR code at their table, a remote customer orders over WhatsApp, or your staff ring in a walk-in at the counter. Every order flows into a single kitchen board and one checkout. It is built for restaurants and cafés from the ground up: item modifiers (size, milk, add-ons), allergen labelling, dine-in tables, and a live kitchen display — none of which the general E-Commerce app provides. It works multi-currency (GBP, EUR, USD, INR), so a café in London and a diner in Kochi run the same app in their own currency and with their own payment provider.

What it does

Guests order from their phone with no app to install. At a table they scan the printed QR code and the menu opens already bound to that table. Remotely, they tap a WhatsApp button and browse the same menu for collection or delivery. Orders are priced with tax and an optional service charge, paid by card / Apple Pay through your payment app, and sent straight to the kitchen display — where staff bump each ticket from preparing to ready to served.

Before you start

You’ll need a payment app installed on your account — Stripe for GBP / EUR / USD, or Razorpay for INR — to take payment at checkout (see Collecting payments). If you’d rather take payment at the counter, set the payment timing to pay on collection in Settings and the kitchen will fire as soon as the order is placed.
